Wolfgang Müller, Director Operations Germany, Austria & Eastern Europe
Wolfgang Müller (born 1951) became Director Operations Germany, Austria & Eastern Europe on 1 October 2004. He is responsible for disciplinary and operative management at the CWT agencies. Wolfgang Müller began his professional career in 1972 at Hapag Lloyd. His duties included the manage¬ment of various sales offices as well as building up a new office near Ulm. In 1990, Wolfgang Müller became Manager of Trade Fair/Incentive/Congresses in the Congress unit of Hapag Lloyd in Frankfurt. In 1992, he went to Kuoni and was appointed Regional Manager Northern/Central Areas. In 1997, he changed to Carlson Wagonlit Travel. On 1 August 1998 he became Director Operations Germany. On 1 May 2002 he took over responsibility for Austria and in addition for the East European CWT countries on 1 October 2004.
